Captured in the British Virgin Islands (BVI's), these 40 foot tall boulders are clumped where the island meets the water. They have withstood the test of time and I knew the story here was about the resiliency of the rocks and not the choppy water. I chose to have the shutter open for 8 seconds, causing the moving water to blur and appear soft accomplishing my goal of showing the rocks as the dominate elements.
